ElBoghdady uses lots of logos when writing this article. She included many statistics regarding the research done about the amount of sugar in cereals. She appears to be writing from a mothers point of view as she is concerned for children. She is upset that the cereal companies are taking advantage of the children with their advertisement. Children are persuaded very easily and with the delicious, fun looking cereal ads seen on tv, obviously children are going to cave. Health conscious groups are working hard to change the amounts of sugar allowed in cereal and hopefully one day their efforts will pay off. So before you take another bite of your sugar coated morning treat, remember that it is just like eating dessert!
